COLLABORATION WITH A TREE is a work in three parts. The initial work took place in 2024 at the end of an eight week residency at Narra Bukulla, Tanja, on the Far South Coast of NSW. Inspired by the scale of outdoor sculptures on the property, I made an open framework that ascended nine metres up the trunk of one of the Spotted Gum trees.

This temporary site-specific work uses a store bought fabrication system that allows parts to be disassembled and re-used in later works.
